High-Rise Elegance: A Feminine Black & White Bedroom in Miami/ Mopa Design Studio

There's something timeless about black and white-but in a bedroom, the secret is making it feel warm rather than stark. For this Miami high-rise bedroom, I wanted to create a space that felt modern, feminine, sophisticated, and inviting, while allowing the incredible city views to remain part o the design.

A soft ivory upholstered bed became the foundation of the room, layered with crisp bedding, rich black accents, and pattern pillows that add just enough personality. Dark nightstands and sculptural lighting introduce contrast, while warm metallic details soften the monochromatic palette and bring a touch of understated glamour.

The oversized artwork above the bed became the soul of the room.

Its graceful feminine figure and warm golden tones soften the bold black-and-white palette, while adding movement, personality, and just the right touch of glamour.

More than a finishing detail, the artwork brings warmth and emotion into the space and turns the bed wall into a true focal point.

With the vibrant energy and constant rhythm of Miami stretching beyond the windows, this bedroom becomes a peaceful private retreat above the city-a place to escape the movement and noise below, unwind, and simply breathe.

The soft textures, warm lighting, and sophisticated black-and-white palette create a sense of calm without losing the glamour and personality that make Miami so captivating.
